Current Status of Work Orders |
- As of December 18th, we have completed the backlog of washer machines waiting for repair that were orginially assigned to our service center.
- If you have recently requested the recall to be completed and were assigned our service center, we will contact you to confirm the preferred service date within 2 business days.
- If you would like to contact us by e-mail, you can submit your request via our Service Request Form We will promptly respond via email and get you scheduled for service.
- If you have a Repair Ticket # (6 digits i.e. 938958), you can check the status of your ticket via our Support Ticket System.
